how to verify the paypal account without credit card or VCC? i say, use your payoneer card. i'll show how the magic will begin:

1. make sure your payoneer card have a minimum balance of $ 2, because paypal will be charged for $ 1.95. 

2. Login to your account at paypal, 

3. click on "Add Credit Card" or click on an account status unverified paypal
