My Epassporte Card had Arrived

My cards had arrived. In 2 weeks (as promised from the site) after in-approve, epassporte card was at my table (sent by Mr. Post, of course).

how to verify the paypal account without credit card or VCC? i say, use your payoneer card. i'll show how the magic will begin:

1. make sure your payoneer card have a minimum balance of $ 2, because paypal will be charged for $ 1.95. 

2. Login to your account at paypal, 

3. click on "Add Credit Card" or click on an account status unverified paypal 

4.input your payoneer card data start a type of card (Master Card), card number (16 digit card number), expired date, and CVV2 (3 digit code on the back payoneer your debit card). Do not forget to click save and continue, 

5. 6. After you get your 4 digit Expuse code, Login to your paypal account again, then continue to click the status reply is still unverified. 

7. Enter the code number (4 digit Expuse code) example 1234, and then press submit.

8. Finished, to change the status of unverified to be verified after the confirmation, takes about 3 days, and if it is verified, automatically, the money will be refunded $ 1.95 into your paypal balance as a bonus from paypal.
