Email Address : your same email
Secondary Email Address : fill with your another email or you can leave it blank
Check Payable To : your real name
Street Address : your real address
City : your city
State/Province : your state
Country : your country
ZIP/Postal Code : your zip code
What is your business tax classification? : if you are US Citizen, you have to fill it. if you are not, leave it blank.
Which tax category should your business be in? : choose Non U.S. Business if you are not US Citizen
Tax ID or Social Security Number : only for US Citizen
Phone Number : fill it with your phone number
Which Instant Mesengger do you use? : choose None
Use ePassporte :if you have it, choose Yes. if not, choose No

If that's all you have to fill a full, please click the button Click Here for the Last Step. You'll get to a page Affiliates Agreement. Give the checkbox that says Yes, I have read and accepted the affiliate Agreement. Then click Submit. 

After that you'll be taken to your affiliate account page. Then click the Account Information on the top right corner. Then you will go to update your affiliate page account information.

to be able to register and obtain a free credit card please you click on the blue here contained in the sentence Here is your account information. Click here to update your information. 

Then came the form of change account information, but ignore the form. Please Scroll down to your bar down, you'll find writing Payoneer: Signup to be paid by Prepaid Mastercard? You will be directed to a FriendFinder page hosted by Payoneer, where you can sign up for a card.

After that you will go to a page like below.

Then click the button Get your Prepaid MasterCard ® Now! 
You'll then be taken to a page Order Card. 

On that page, please click the Start Here> Details cardholder to start. Then you will be asked to fill in the data yourself. Fill in the requested data is completed. The following data are requested:

First Name : your first name
Last Name : your last name
Date of birth : your birthday
Address : your real address
City : your city
Zip/Postal : your zip code
Phone : your phone number
Mobile : your mobile phone number, if you have not, leave it blank.

If you already do not forget to click the checkbox is there. After that you have content, please click the Step II> Account Information. You will be asked again to fill the data yourself, please fill in full. The following data are requested:

Choose a User Name: Enter the user name you want to use. Typically will be filled directly with your email address. Should not be changed. 
Choose Your Password: Enter the password that you want. 
Confirm Password: Enter the password that you want once again. 
Security question: This is the secret question which will be very helpful if you forget your password. Later on when you forget your password, then this question will be raised and you are required to answer it. 
Answer: Fill in the answer to your question earlier.

After the data you requested has been content with a full, please click the Step III> Registration Verification. You will be asked again to fill the data yourself, please fill in full. The following data are requested:

Please select a formal identification card: Select type of identity card you have. Select a National ID if you use the ID card, student card or student card. 
Od ID Holder Name: Enter the name of the owner of this identity card. Please write your name as listed on the ID card. 
ID No. : Enter the identity number / your National ID number
Country of issue: Please choose with your country

After that you please mark 3 checkboxes located at the bottom. Then click Finish. 

Your account is registered and wait for about 2 weeks of your credit card will arrive at your place.
